GMI CERTIFICATION

What is GMI? GMI stands for Graphic Measures International and is used in packaging quality services for certifying, monitoring and measuring performance of a packaging supplier. The GMI certification is derived from the ISO standards of the printing industry allowing all consumers and partners to trust that they have control over the variables through print facility certification and repeatable measurements. GMI certification is one of the ways that allow all printing companies to adhere to the same set of standards so that the brand identity is consistent all over the world. Some companies that only work with GMI-certified printers are Home Depot, Walgreens, Lowe’s, and Target.
